Description : |
- Responsible for the strategic plan of the human resources management function
Oversee, supervise and control all HR operations related to overall manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations & welfare, reorganization in order to ensure smooth work process within the planned budget
- Assess employee training needs, analyze strengths and weaknesses, arrange training courses internally or externally, and have results of the training evaluated by superiors in order to ensure improvement in work efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide management with all relevant compensation information in order to ensure internal equity and greater competitiveness with market
- Conduct interviews to recruit higher-level management to ensure that the company gets the right person on the right job at the proper time.

Qualifications: |
- Thai Nationality, age between 30 - 34 years
- Master's Degree in Human Resources -Management or related fields
- Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in a full function of HRD
- Good command in Interpersonal and leadership skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and good computer skills.
