Description : |
• Responsible to lead and organize production function (Texturing, Sizing, Weaving, Knitting, Warp Knitting and Flat Knitting).
• Establish objectives, policies, standards and production procedures to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Guarantee on time delivery by coordinating with all concern departments |
Qualifications: |
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Garment / Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering with practical managerial exposure in process manufacturing field.
• At least 12-15 years working experiences in Managerial level from Textile Manufacturing factory will be advantage.
• Strong background in operating procedures within manufacturing factory.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision making
• Good organizing skills, communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Able to communicate in English, both in speaking and writing
