Description : |
- Responsible for the strategic plan of the human resources function both HRM & HRD.
- Oversee, supervise and control all HR operations related to overall manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations & welfare, reorganization in order to ensure smooth work process within the planned budget
- Assess employee training needs, analyze strengths and weaknesses, arrange training courses internally or externally, and have results of the training evaluated by superiors in order to ensure improvement in work efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct interviews to recruit higher-level management to ensure that the company gets the right person on the right job at the proper time. |
Qualifications: |
- Master Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
- At least 12-15 years of work experiences in Human Resources field both HRM & HRD
Good knowledge in labor law, recruitment and HR development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate team member
- Excellent command of English
- Analytical thinking and self initiative
- Ability to either work independently or as part of a team |
