 - Male, Thai nationality, age 40 - 50 years
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Holding Controlled - Engineer License (Professional Engineer) for at least 8 years
- Experience in a real estate or property development industry as manager at least 8 years.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team leader with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good command in English
