Description : |
- Male/Female, Thai nationality, age 25 - 30 years
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Human Resources Management, or in related areas.
- Hands-on experiences in any of these fields: Organization design, Competency, Training Curriculum Design, Balanced Scorecard, Procedure & Work Instruction, would be an advantage
- Moderate to Good command of English (both written and oral) |

- Mature and positive attitude
- Analytical skills, good communication ability and presentation skills
- Computer literate (MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint)
- Result oriented with a Work and Quality focus
- Able to work under pressure
